Dear Grace Church Family,
Our second-semester club is off to a great start! We kicked off the new year with an ice skating outing. We rented out the Scottsville Ice Arena and had a blast. Everyone had fun and it became apparent to me that the Amerks would not be calling anytime soon.
We have been holding our Monday night outreach meetings and we have had some great attendance. Every Monday night we gather together to play some games, sing a few songs, and share a message about God's love. What an incredible gift it is to share our Faith with our friends. We hope that each week our students will not only hear about the love of Christ but also experience that love through our interactions.
As I am sure you know, we recently had 5 students travel to El Salvador on a mission trip. I love that our students get to experience the body of Christ within a new cultural context. I am praying that this experience will encourage our students’ growth and that they will remember for years to come.
Our women’s Baskets and Brunch Fundraiser is coming up on March 23. Please pray that this event would glorify God and also bring a boost to our budget. If you would like any details on the event please do not hesitate to reach out.
Our annual summer camp trip will be July 15-20 at Saranac Lake! We are so excited to be able to spend a week together in such a special place. Please pray for our students to sign up and invite their friends.
