Declare me innocent, O God!
Defend me against these ungodly people.
Rescue me from these unjust liars.
For you are God, my only safe haven.
Why have you tossed me aside?
Why must I wander around in grief,
oppressed by my enemies?
Send out your light and your truth;

Heavenly Father, hear my cry. Where are You in the midst of this chaos? Send out Your light and Your truth, let them guide me to Your presence. Open Your Word to my heart and show me Christ. In the face of my sin turn my eyes to his cross. In the middle of this darkness turn my heart to his resurrection. In the midst of struggle turn my hope to his throne. Jesus, You are the source of all my joy. As You have cared for me, grant those who struggle with mental health challenges the support that they need and the hope of Your Son. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
